Who do I pay my deductible to?

If your deductible is not waived, you will need to pay us when you pick up your vehicle. Call your agent to see whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether it will be your responsibility.

Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?

All of our repairs are guaranteed with a limited lifetime warranty (with the exception of rust repairs).

Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?

We would be happy to provide this service for you. Talk to us about arranging pickup and delivery of your vehicle and after-hours drop off.

How can I get a courtesy car or rental car?

If you need a courtesy car, we have them available free of charge when you drop off your vehicle. Please check courtesy car availability when scheduling the repair. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental/courtesy car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. To find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are, check you policy.
